Due to the nature of our products, including limited production runs and preorder items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Preorders
Orders placed as preorders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, it becomes final and is not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.

Approved Returns (Exception Only)
Returns are only considered in rare cases involving a damaged or incorrect item.
If a return is approved:

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

Any approved refund will be issued minus the original shipping and handling charges, after the item is received and inspected
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. Approved cases may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final once shipped and that any approved refund will be subject to the deductions outlined above.
