Preorder Cancellations

Preorders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before the order ships. To cancel a preorder, you must contact us before receiving a shipping confirmation.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and is considered final.

After Shipment

Orders that have already shipped are not eligible for cancellation. All post-shipment orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which states that all sales are final once shipped, except in cases of verified damage or incorrect items.

Limited Edition Items

Items marked as Limited Edition are produced in restricted quantities and cannot be canceled once shipped.
