Preorder Shipping

All products are currently offered as preorders.

Orders are expected to ship approximately 4 weeks from the date of purchase, once production is completed and inventory arrives. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary slightly.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order ships.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method. We ship using standard carriers within the United States and internationally where available.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after shipment are:

• United States: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Carrier Delays & Lost Packages

Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered but not received. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier using the provided tracking information.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.
